I am interested in fitting a locking gas cap on my car. Preferably one
which maintains the appearance of the original. (Mine is the standard US
spec TR6 one with the oval cap operated by a lever in the cap).
I have seen some in UK catalogs which have the same external appearance
but inside there is a second cap which has the locking function. Also
there are those which have the lock on the outer cap. I am not sure what
the big 3 have to offer in terms of quality and original appearance.
Has anyone fitted a locking cap to their TR6? If so what are the details
of the cap you used? Looking for input from those who have been there.
