I was going to suggest an oil leak from the head gasket, but it could be
just the water pump oil seal. Clean/degrease the whole area, and try to
confirm the site of the leakage. If it's the water pump, you need special
tools to remove it; the impeller will probably break during the process, so
you might want to take it to a Triumph specialist. (While you're at it, fit
a 12-vane impeller instead of a 6-vane one, for better cooling.)

I've done business with the Healey Factory, in Victoria, but I've had
problems with them. Why don't you contact Triumph Sports Owners Association
- Victoria?
