Hello list-
The car (automatic transmission TR3A) is owned by John Warfield and is a very
well done installation. Everything John does is to perfection or it is redone.
He is a great source of information on sidescreen cars and very free to give
advice when asked. He is as knowledgable on originality as anyone I know.
BTW, I think John is in a wheelchair as a result of a collision between his
Spitfire and a concrete truck. He is one of the great people I have come to
know as a result of LBC's.
You can reach John at:

Hope this helps.

At the Summer party two years ago a fellow had a TR3 with an automatic. I
think he said it was out of a Herald. He as confined to a wheelchair so the
automatic was a physical necessity. Looked like a particularly neat
installation. I don't remember a name, but he was from Maryland, I believe.
Maybe someone else can provide more details.
