Alright now that the Tranny is out of the car can someone describe
the difference between the Spitfire Mk1 pressure plate & throw out
bearing and the Mk2 pressure plate & throw out bearing.
>From what I can see the slave cylinder is pushing the operating lever
almost as far foward as the operating lever is capable of going.
Another 1/8" of travel and the operating lever stops.
So, what I'm thinking is somehow I have either a TO bearing from a
Mk1 and a pressure plate from a Mk2 or visa versa.
How about it, can anyone help?
