I've been opening the fuel cap after driving, for a week. Still a drop or
two under the bowl after parking. :( My carb has been getting so much
attention, the fuel pump got jealous and started leaking too.
As a side note, here in NJ gas caps will be tested for proper sealing
(pressure test) when the new "rolling road" emissions check kicks in later
this year. At the two "voluntary" test lanes already available, gas cap
integrity would have been the biggest reason for emissions failure.
