[O-T] Union Jack Sweatshirt

A friend of mine has finally retired the collection of holes
tied together with small amounts of fabric that was his
sweatshirt with the Union Jack in the front.  He's looking
for a replacement.  Anyone got a good catalogue or web page
for that sort of thing?
