I can not be absolutely sure about this car, but most Triumphs with hazard
flashers use two flashers, but the hazard switch switches the lights from
one circuit to the other. The fact that the hazard flashers work only
proves that the lamps and some of the wiring is working. The trun signals
could fail because of the hazard switch or the turn signal flasher or a
wire or the turn signal switch.
