Three years ago my wife's TR8 was totaled. I had it insured with State Farm
on an agree value policy. I also had a full appraisal done on the car to set
the agreed value. When the car got totaled I sent a copy of the appraisal
and photo copies of the few awards we had received at local shows to the
insurance company of the a** h*** who hit her. They paid the full appraised
amount not questions asked.
