Is the Toyota box all synchro? I'm assuming the GT6 box is. I seem to remember that the 4-speed meat-grinder box I had the misfortune to use (in a friend's Toyota 4x4) had big troubles getting into 1st gear while moving. However it had a lousy clutch and the tranny was probably mucked up too. -Malcolm |
