Go to the nearest U.S. Post Office and get a PO box, then you have your
U.S. mailing address. Only problem is that U.P.S. can not deliver to a PO
box.

Subject: TRF Shipping Policy
I have just discovered that the free shipping on TRF orders over $1,500 does
not apply to Canada. Funny that - another benefit of potential statehood for
Canada. Just wondering if there is any clever way of getting a shipping
address just over the border, popping down and picking the stuff up. Any
ideas? Seeing the Northern Peso is so low now, shipping cost becomes a
consideration, particularly when stuff is back ordered. TRF don't really
seem to get the message, although it is a major consideration.
