You may want to look close at the hole, and make sure it really is a
hole-- my '62 TR4 has a 'hole' for the crank that is actually a dent. The
radiator had been smooshed into the engine once. (there's fan marks too)
My car also has a filler neck, and a draught tube for overflow.
