No, you don't have to buy a new brake drum; the lug bolts are
a separate item..they are pressed through brake plate. Take off
the rear wheel, then unscrew the 2 screws that help to secure
the drum (you'll see them there on the face of the drum; slotted
type screws), then pull off the drum (make sure the handbrake is
off). When the drum comes off, you'll see see what's going on
there with regard to your question. The preceding is based on
experience with my Spitfire, which is a '74; it's possible that
yours is different, but I doubt it.
