Lewis,
Mostly the two cars were alike.  There were some subtile differences.
The Mk2 Seats were different. On the Mk1., the ribs on the back go
all the way to the top of the seat.

Obviously, the markings on the Boot lid are different.

I think the Mk1 had a 3-piece intake manifold where the Mk2 has a 
single piece.

The Mk1 Exhaust manifold was cast iron while the Mk2 has a fabricated 
2-piece tubular header.

The grills are different.  the Mk1 has 2 inserts, each stamped out of
a single piece of aluminum.  The Mk2 is more of a horizontal affair.

Other than the ones you mentioned, that's all I can think of at this
time.
