I just got the Isky cam catalog the other day....and theres a nice
section on Triumphs. There are no outright cams for sale but they
offer a re-grinding service. They have 5(!) grinds available for the
TR2-4A series, two grinds for the 6cyls, and 4 or 5 for the Spitfire,
pushrods, springs, tools. Lots of neat stuff. A re-grind on a 4cyl
cam was only about $120...they do insist on a stock cam in good
condition, they'll check it for you and return it if they don't feel
its a candidate....
The best part is they give complete specs so you can compare the
"combination" (road/race) with full race or Kent
Anyone ever do this? $270--$325 or so from Moss, VB, and TRF seems
the going rate (way high, IMHO), and they only offer one grind (in
most cases)....
