>I'm seriously considering replacement. However, before tossing in the >towel I would like to attempt a rebuild. It sound like those cylinders threw down the gauntlet to you. If and when you get them apart be sure to inspect the bores for pitting. If they are not smooth I would toss them as the rubber won't last long and you'll be up on the jackstands again (or in the ditch). Good luck, Richard |
