Pertronix Ignition epoxy failure

I talked with a vendor at the Lime Rock swapmeet concerning the recent
thread of the epoxy failure on the pertronix system part.(whatever) and
he said that was a single production batch using defective epoxy.  Units
experiencing this problem should be returned for replacement...  Not a
designed failure mode...
