Is there a class for rolling wrecks? <g> Or one for "Retrograde Works in
Progress?" <g> Seems every time I fix something on the latest
acquisition, something else breaks. Interior door handle went on it
shortly after the oil change, went to the parts car, and whaddaya know?
That one's broken in the same place (an obvious design flaw, methinks
<g>).

Anyway, Richard, I registered, and reserved a room, but I'm finding
little time to work on the car, and it needs _much_ work! I'm trying to
get an overdue parts manual out for the day job, and it's been a
succession of 12-14 hour days, six-seven days a week for weeks now. Am
going to try to find time to pull the head and the pan this weekend, and
take some cylinder and crank measurements, just to see if I have spares
on hand to do a bottom-end freshen-up--the oil-smoke clouds behind the
car are rather obscene. <g> Should I be billing the county for mosquito
control?

Going to try to make it, but it's dicey at the moment. <g>

Cheers.
