Length: 12' 9", or 389 cm.

Weight: 15.625 cwt., 794 kg, or approx. 1750 lbs. (Including fuel, oil,
water and tools)

Wheelbase: 91.5", as opposed to 83" on the Spitfire, which might help
answer your next question:

With the exception of the rear axle radius arms and the propeller shaft
(both much shorter on a Spitfire), pretty much everything will
interchange. I don't know about using Spitfire springs -- front or rear --
in a Herald, but they'd fit. Of course, this means that upgraded shocks
such as Koni or Spax will work nicely in a Herald, as would the Spitfire
front disc brakes in a Herald not so equipped originally.
