Thank you all that responded to my query on removing my radiator. Although my hopes were raised by the rumor that it could come out the bottom, and apparantly, if enough of the motor is removed it can come out the top, the overwhelming consensus is there's no way around removing the front valence. Since I really don't want to remove the leaded seams until next winter, I will have to explore more temporary patching alternatives. I just wish I asked the question before I removed all the bolts and hoses. BobK |
