| Dear All, I always wondered this, see if you can follow: The early TR7's and Spitfire 1500 shared the same transmission (ie the single rail 4 speed) The later TR7's got a 5 speed. so...could a TR7/8 5 speed be adapted to a spitfire 1500 or MkIV.
