Pete,
If I am not mistaken, the aspect ratio is 83% if it is not other wise
state in the tire size. i.e. a 185/15 tire should have a side wall
height of 153.55 mm. Of course it has been more than a few years since
I was selling tires for a living, so I may be mistaken.
