Congratulations! My dad had a '73 for about 10 years. Still regrets

His was always a dog to get passed emissions. Had to be detuned to the
point of not running, then slap on the sticker, then retune it so it
could be driven home. Does yours still have the twin Stromburgs? 

Also, NJ emissions laws are in the process of changing. I've found it
nearly impossible to get a straight story about this. The May NJTA
newsletter has a chart indicating that pre-1981 cars are not affected by
the changes except for a new "gas cap pressure test". Does anybody know
what the real TRUE story is? Is there anybody I can vote for who
promises to rescind this garbage?

They're statewide. Their meetings are in the central part of the state,
the last Monday of each month.

I take it you're new to the area, too. Welcome. I'm in Teaneck, and
there are a couple other listers in the area.
