Damian, maybe same problem I'm having with my TR8. Since reverse has no
synchro, the clutch has to completely disengage to get it in. Is iot
crunching, or just stiff? You may need to adjust the screws on the sides of
the shifter where it sits in the housing.

Hi,
I'm having problems getting my car into reverse, pulling the gear lever
up to allow it to slide further right requires the strength of ten men.
Any tips on how to loosen it up a bit or to what may be causing this.
