I've just about gotten the digest unclogged and cleaned out, I'll likely
send another out this evening, then maybe the automatic once per day mailings
will begin again. What happens is that the size of the digest goes over the
60K limit, and needs to be cleaned up and sent by hand. If people would learn
how to trim down included quotes, use more sane sig files, etc., this would
happen less often. Another alternative is to just send out the digest at
whatever size it is, and those folks like Juno subscribers would just be
S.O.L., and I don't mean Scions of Lucas.
On another note, there is a good chance that the Killer Spitfire may actually
debut at this Sunday's autocross. Which means I've been quite busy in the
evenings working on it, and will be for the next couple of days. Which means
that those people to whom I've promised parts have *still* not gotten them.
I will make an effort to get caught up on shipping, I appreciate your patience.
And when I get the April orders finished up, I can send out a list of May, er,
uh, June specials!
And lastly, as the summer touring season comes upon us, I'll remind folks that
I can provide breakdown assistance for any Triumph drivers heading through the
area around Salt Lake City. If you are unfortunate enough to have mechanical
troubles, say, between Rock Springs, Wyoming and Wells, Nevada when touring
along Interstate 80, I can likely help. Of course, driving that far to assist
a Triumph might make me quite thirsty, not that I'm fond of fermented barley
based beverages! So, if planning on coming through the Salt Lake area, you're
welcome to drop me a quick email before you leave, and if you run into trouble
call 801-288-2277 and leave a message, I'll get back to you when I can.
