Hi Patrick and other Triumph fans:
My son and I run a small restoration shop in Kelowna, B.C. As
well we also buy and sell a few cars. Our TR6 inventory right
now is as follows:
1971 - good frame, new top, good seats, all electrics working,
some rust in body but no holes, good runner, good tires -
red/black $2500
1974 - early production w/o rubber bumperettes, clean frame, new
paint (beautiful), completely detailed under hood, good
red line tires, new black canvas top, runs perfect, good
interior, very showy, red/black - $10,500
1974 - rubber bumperettes, perfect frame and sills, new tires,
interior very good with no rips or tears, new top with
reflective strip, very minor rust bubbles on rockers,
fresh engine rebuild, nice straight body, BRG/black -
needs paint - $6500
1975 - U.S. car, clean no rust body, fresh engine rebuild, new
paint, new carpets and panel kit, no rips or tears in
seats, overdrive, new tan canvas top, shows very well,
new Michelin red line tires, BRG/tan - $10,500
All of the prices are in Canadian dollars (which today are worth
about .72 of the US dollar). British Columbia has got to be one
of the few places where you can get a car that hasn't got
serious rust problems at a reasonable price. Use your Air Miles,
fly in and drive home.
We've also got a few other Triumphs that we haven't got around
to doing yet that could be available.
