Someone who is a lubrication expert may give you more reliable info,
BFWIW I bleed both hydraulic systems (silicone fluid) every 2 yrs, change
transmission oil yearly (mostly out of boredom) and the diff oil gets
changed when replacing the bushings (3-5 yrs.).  I strongly recommend
replacing your differential bushings if it appears they have been there
awhile. It's a crappy job, but if let go the brackets may crack or even
break away with expensive and possibly dangerous results.
