Yes indeed he was but the original design requested was for a ship with 
one level of cannon. the swedish king feeling a bit inadequate to the 
british navy asked for another set of guns but wasn't prepared to pay for 
a whole new design. Overladen with these cannon it fell over in the 
harbour after five minutes of sailing.
