The Champagne British Car Festival is in Urbana Illinois, which is in the
East-central part of the state of Illinois.
Regarding the alcoholic beverages mixed with a driving event. We are very
careful to schedule events to be sure that the order of activities is to
drive then drink, rather than the other way around! Thanks for raising
