I have just excavated the commission plate on my spit 1500 from under the 
most recent respray and it has the following code numbers
'94' and 'C11'. i have found out that 94 means the original paint was 
Inca yellow, what interior does 'C11' refer to?

sadly my plate is just shiny silver as the PO sanded it down before the 
re-spray!
