Torque for Alloy Wheels

I finally got tires for my new K&N "minilites" (205/70R15 B.F. Goodrich
"Touring TAs"), and on the sales receipt was the instruction to re-torque
the lug nut on aluminum wheels after the first 25 miles. Naturally, this
leads me to wonder if there is a different torque value for alloy wheels
than steel? What would the collective wisdom of "the list" deem to be a
reasonable amount of torque? I took the wheels in "loose", so the gorilla
that tightens them at the tire place didn't get a shot at them.

Also, for those following the thread about TR6 tranny removal, if you were
at the VTR in Ashville, I'm the poor sod who did a clutch job in the parking
lot the first couple of days of the convention. The job can definitely be
done by one person (and I'm way over 30), but it helps a lot to have someone
assist you when you put it back in (eternally grateful Randy). I did get
lots of advise, some of which was actually useful, and the verbal assistance
was appreciated too.
