Hi friends.
OK, lets start a thread here... ;-) A useful one for once...
And Leon! Collect and edit what creeps up...
In my 1147cc StageII tuned Spitfire engine (_with_ the eight
port head - as an info for the early Spit buffs on the list...)
I have the following data fitted in the two Twin 40DCOE-31 Webers:
Choke: <34>
Auxilliary Venturi: <4.5>
Main Jet: <1.25>
Emulsion Tube: <F11>
Air Correction Jet: <1.80>
Idling Jet: <40F1.3>
Starting Jet: <100F5>
Accelerator Pump Jet: <0.35>
Float level: <8.5/15.0>
Needle Valve: <1.75>
Air Horns: <45mm>
It's the result from a dynamometer drive...
Yours
/Odd
PS
The car ran like a thunderbolt - until I blew the rear axle... ;-(
