Based on the cars I've seen over the past few years, this
appears to be "about right" for San Diego (South California).

Iıve been looking at some 6ıs here in the D.C. area, and my impression is that
the car in the ŞFair, drivable, needs minor repairs, but completeŞ category
gets about $3K fairly easily. For what thatıs worth ..
