>If I had to do this again I would probably get the seals from VB (the ones >with the small ID), carefully remove the felt, and grind the ID to a point >that they would fit over the little "hubs" on the inboard side of the spindle. For a part that common, I'd rather go with some place like Napa or a distributor of Beck and Arnley parts so I wouldn't have to play shipping games and such. Much easier to deal with problems of mis fit when I can have both parts in hand and discuss it over a parts counter. |
