Hello to the list:
After a winter of contemplating the TR project, have decided to really get
into it. I have to remove the engine to replace the frost plug in the rear
of the head. Of course, while the engine is out, can clean up the block &
head and give it a coat of engine paint. (engine is quite sound). At this
point, thought it would be a good idea to remove some of the front sheet
metal and get at the frame, etc. - suspension needs some work as well.
Front fenders look pretty straightforward to remove; what about the inner
fenders or sides of the engine compartment? Do these bolt off or are they a
permanent part of the "scuttle" or main body. Thanks for any direction.
