WAG: no, it doesn't matter, unless of course those two longer studs are
mounted in the appropriate spot so as to accommodate the lifting eye
found on many of these engines. If that lifting eye is gone, then all
those studs certainly could be the same length (and you'll just have to
figure out some other way of hooking the chain hoist to the engine when
you're pulling it).
