Subject: | O/D inhibitor on Type A O/D |

The O/D inhibitor on my '67 Mk 2 Spit was bypassed by the DPO so that the O/D could be engaged at anytime (bad!). I have no idea why this was done. The cam lever which engages the switch is missing (perhaps it broke & that's why the switch was bypassed). Does anyone have this lever or know a sourse for this lever? I'd like to get the thing working proper & not risk blowing up the OD by forgetting it disable it in reverse. Eric. Restoring '67 Mk 2 Spit |
