HI ! Adam, The instrusion bar is fitted halfway up the door skin, boxed
shaped, makes the door safer if it is hit by a object, all new cars are fitted
with this bar. Is there anyone that has come across this
bars in TR6 doors, none of my parts books show this bar,the weight difference
between a non bar door to a bar door is quite a few kgs.Has anyone have a
history on these different TR6 doors???.

best wishes Ashley
