This part of my '74 has been removed by the P.O. so I can't tell you
anything specific I'm afraid.

Conceptually though, the TVS is intended to delay the deployment of the
emissions gear until the engine has reached operating temperature. I
think the vacuum retard line for the dizzy might pass through this
puppy too.
