It is a full USA listing of directory
telephone numbers. You can search by name,
state, street, etc.

The combination of letters and numbers you show is standard
for license numbers issued sequentially by the state of California.
It probably means nothing at all. While choosing your
plate numbers is more common today, it wasn't
done much at all in the 1960s.
