I would echo what Rich has to say about F/G valences on a spit 1500, both of mine are f/g and the finish is identical to steel but without the rot. Unless you are an absolute concours nut then I'd consign the steel ones to the history books! I like them as it gives me at least one part of the car I can look at without crying at the sight of little bubbles... Presumably they would also be cheaper to mail,everyones a winner!
