DT, You might think of calling some wrecking yards out of the rust belt. I seem to remember picking some up at a place in Ft Worth for around $20 a few years back. You might give them a call. British Auto Specialist (Ft. Worth, TX) 817 589-7974 It might be worth a few phone calls to some places advertising in Hemmings also. Let me know if you still have problems finding some as I have seen some parts cars at a few bodyshops here in Austin and could try and locate their numbers.
