I don't know if this helps, but I have a 1500, bored to +.06, double
Dellorto 40's, and a Triumph Tune exhaust system. BUT the
gearbox is still only a 3-rail (with reverse up to the left). Anyway it has
worked fine at least the last 10.000 miles. Unfortunately
there's no OD, so I can't comment on that.
