Radio Daze

The Bendix radio in my GT6 no longer works, and I have taken it to two
local car radio shops who claim they can't repair it. At this point I am
seeking:

1. References or suggestions as to who (in the northern Virginia area)
might try to repair it.

2. Source of a new or used original for replacement.

3. Recommendations for a new radio that would fit the small encosure on the GT6.
