Dunno what Panasports look like, but...
Ah, nostalgia! Back in the seventies (when I was a lad, and all this
used to be fields...) Wolfrace wheels were THE custom wheel. If you were
going to have a "real" custom car, you had the candy paint / murals, jack
up kit, possibly a chromed Jaguar IRS rear axle with those wonderful UJs,
the red dralon interior with the gold tassles etc etc. then you HAD to
have either 5 spoke chrome wheels (e.g. SS Cragar) or "Wolfies" which
were the most common five-slot alloys (or "slot-mags") - y'know: dished
alloys with five round-ended slots cut through them. Most common 'cos
you could buy a set of 5 1/2" x 13" for your Cortina, Escort, Maxi(!)
etc. from just about anywhere, including those mail order catalogues that
sold everything from toys to jewellery to lawnmowers to clothes (Farah
s-t-r-e-t-c-h slacks anyone?).
Poifect for your TR7 with the 8-track player.
