I'm using a performance cam from British Parts Northwest.  They have
various grinds available, and mine seems to respond in the rev range they
told me it would.  The power increase was substantial, but since I did it
at the same time as porting, compression increase and exhaust
header/freeflow exhaust, I really can't say how much of the increase is due
to the cam.

I think you can get reground performance cams from most of the major
suppliers and especially from some of the smaller, more performance
oriented dealers.
