Mark,
   If this is the piece of rubber that fits in the c channel along the 
bottom of the door opening (near the threshold) I have the source for you. 
Not all GT6's have this seal. My 71 does but later models did not have the 
channel any longer.  I looked for a long time for one myself and only 
matched it up at a display TRF had at Sebring one year.
  They had the same extrusion I had been wanting and asking them for for 
years. Only they  list it as the seal for a "Spitfire hard top to windshield 
gasket". You will discover they are longer then you need but that is always 
better that too short. You need to get two of these seals, one for each door.
 I used a liberal amount of liquid soap on the channel and seal and slid it 
in place. It helps to check the channel for dings and dents before this and 
doing a little straightening as the fit is tight. I trimmed it off after it 
was installed and had a chance to get relax back into shape after all the 
tugging and pushing.  Hope this helps,
