Here's my amateur mechanic question for the day:
If I remove the back engine cover plate on my 76 TR6 (the plate
immediatelly in front of the flywheel), to get at the rear engine oil
seal, do I need to drain the oil from the engine first?
Also is replacing the rear oil seal on a TR6 soemthing that is fairly
straightforward or am I asking for trouble (I do not wish to pull my
engine at this time)?
Ok I guess that's two questions but my car is getting ever closer to
being on the road for the first time in 8 years!!!
