Offhand, I don't know about wattages for the various bulbs, but it
sounds to me as if you have bad bulbs in the back or a grounding problem
with the rear flasher lamps. Also possible is that something is wrong
with the wiring from the column switch, specifically the connectors
(green/red for left signal and green/white for right signal) such that
the rear flasher lamps simply are not getting electricity.
That's my .02 cents worth!
