Those of you that were in Albany may have seen the electronic fuel
injection that Dave Shedor has on his 74 TR6. Dave has worked on this
project with Mark Fisher, another member of our club (Illinois Sports
Owners Association), who happens to be a fuel injection and emissions
specialist. They added fuel injectors to a stock TR6 intake manifold,
and modified the Strombergs into throttle bodies. They are on the 4th
or 5th generation fuel map, and are making real progress. So far, the
car is running well, and it passes Illinois emissions tests. No plans
to market it at this time, though.
