There's a company in Las Vegas called Antique Automotive Accessories that is
making redlines out of brand new Goodyear Eagle radials. You can find their
ads in the front color section of Hemings Motor News. The process involves
cutting away the tread, putting a "cap" on and then re-cutting the tread and
redline sidewall. There was a set on the blue TR-6 from Florida at the VTR
Convention in Albany.
They looked real sharp. This way you can now have a modern, wide radial tyre
but still keep that redline look!
